Step moves sideways (move right with left foot lead). Step in place
and then step forward on your heel, pointing toe inward while the
left TSN in. You have both toes pointed IN with your weight on the
right heel and left toe. Now TSN the right foot while you Pivot the left
heel in and put your weight on this foot (both toes pointed OUT).
Repeat sequence from the Heel Edge keeping the foot forward and out
to the side slightly.
